Fly to Los Angeles and visit the Western Museum of Flight at Torrance, home to the rare YF-23 and YF-17.

A superb collection of beautifully restored flying warbirds at the Lyon Air Museum.




MONDAY 29TH APRIL
Drive down to the much expanded palm Springs Aviation Museum.

We visit the extensive Chino Planes of Fame Collection first.

TUESDAY 30TH APRIL
Next the impressive Yanks Air Museum. Then to Riverside for an opportunity to fly in the Collings Foundation B-24, B-17 and TF-51D.




WEDNESDAY 1ST MAY
The large collection at March Field first, call in at Flabob airport for anything interesting then to the Richard Nixon Library




THURSDAY 2ND MAY
First the California Science Centre for its A-11 and F-20 Tigershark then The Ronald Reagan Library.

Heading up to Palmdale for the Blackbird Air Park and Joe Davies Heritage Park, Mohave and Edwards returning to LA via Santa Monica for the Museum of Flying.

Two full days at the superb Chino Air Show
